I’m an online fitness coach and female personal trainer, empowering women to unleash their true capabilities, inside and outside of the gym!

About Tam’s Tribe

In 2006 Tam became a women’s health personal trainer. She began working at Fernwood Women’s Health Club where she found her passion for helping & inspiring women to be fit, strong & healthy. Tam then started her own business called Pink Boot Camp, an outdoor women’s only boot camp. During the next 6 years Tam’s passion for helping women grew, she realised that her mission was to help as many women fall in love with training, taking care of their bodies and growing their self confidence as she could.

Tam has now been a female personal trainer for over 16 years, she has been a part of transforming 1000’s of women’s lives & bodies, and learned so much about her own body and mind in the process. In 2017 she started Tam’s Tribe to create a community of like minded women, whose number one priority was to take care of their bodies, their health and feel supported and educated whilst doing so.

Since Tam’s Tribe began we have stayed relentlessly dedicated to improving the health, fitness & confidence of women. Here at Tam’s Tribe we have some strong core beliefs that helped us fulfil our mission to strengthen as many women as we can inside & out around the world.

We believe when you are well equipped with skills and knowledge not only will you be the best version of yourself but you will also create a huge impact on the lives of women around you & positively influence them into change.

Our core beliefs that drive our mission forward:

  • We use our passion to drive our commitment to energise, engage and inspire women to be strong & healthy worldwide
  • We create a culture of warmth, support and belonging, where every woman is welcome no matter your shape, size, age, race, and ability levels.
  • We believe women are enough, and their self worth is not defined by a certain weight or body shape.
  • We believe in embracing and driving change for women – There is still a lot of work to be done (and undone) with the way we perceive women in the conditioning world.
  • We believe to go further, we go must go together
  • We help you pursue growth and learning and gain knowledge about important female topics such as pelvic health, menopause, body image, injury rehabilitation, disordered eating, pre & post natal training, functional breathing patterns, correct technique for safe lifting & much more.
