About Me

Hi, I’m Tam, and I help busy women build strength, confidence, and consistency — without guesswork or burnout.

I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and life while wanting to feel strong and capable in your own body. For many women, the problem isn’t motivation — it’s structure. Random workouts, cookie-cutter programs, or trying to figure it all out on your own just doesn’t work. That’s why I created StrongPro and Strong Foundations — to make strength training accessible, effective, and realistic for busy women like you.

Why I Do This

I’ve worked with hundreds of women who:
