Hi I’m Tam, the Founder of Tam’s Tribe
I Am Your Personal Online
Health & Fitness Coach!
For a long time, my relationship with my body was driven by insecurity and pressure. I dealt with ongoing injuries, constant comparison, and the belief that — as someone in the fitness industry — I needed to be leaner, stronger, and always proving myself.
I chased numbers.
I overtrained.
I pushed through pain instead of listening to my body.
Instead of caring for my body, I battled it. I punished it. And I spent far too many years wishing it looked different rather than appreciating what it was capable of.
Everything changed when I was finally honest with myself and re-evaluated my why.
I stopped comparing myself to other women.
I stepped away from strict dieting and constant pressure to change my body.
I reduced my training load and started training smarter, not harder.
For the first time, I listened to my body — and in doing so, I found strength, freedom, and confidence that had nothing to do with the scale.
That experience now shapes how I coach.
Today, I help women — build strength in a way that supports their bodies, their lives, and their long-term health. No punishment. No burnout. Just structured, sustainable training that helps you feel strong, capable, and confident again
